Conference Production

Our conference Packages are sure to help you make a success of your corporate conferences, and there is plenty of choice with a range of four pre-built packages.  If you don’t see exactly what you want in one of the packages below then don’t panic because we’ll be pleased to put together a custom package specially for your event or budget.

The packages below represent a discounted price if compared against hiring each component and crew member separately, with savings of around 25% built into the package price.
For further savings, if you also book one of our DJ / Disco Packages for the party after your Conference then you can claim a further 15% discount on the whole bill.

 

Bronze Conference Package from £250 per day

• One Lectern Microphone (lectern not included)
• One Wireless Handheld / tie-clip Microphone
• Audio Plugin for Laptop/DVD player
• PA system for 75 delegates
• Sound Engineer with Sound Desk
• Playback of background music during intervals
• Limited Cuing of sound clips / tracks at intro and key points if required.

The Bronze Kit gives you a professional Sound Engineer with sound desk and playback console, along with a single wired lectern microphone, a single wireless microphone (either Hand-Held or tie-clip) and you can plug in your own laptop, DVD player or media player into the sound system for high-quality audio.  The Sound engineer will be happy to cue up a limited number of tracks for playback from your cues during the presentation.  If required, the Sound engineer will also play background music while you welcome your guests and during interval periods.  This kit does not include a lectern, any staging or any video playback equipment.

Silver Conference Package from £400 per day

• Twin Lectern Microphones (lectern not included)
• Two Wireless Handheld / tie-clip Microphone
• Audio Plugin for Laptop/DVD player
• PA system for 150 delegates
• 4000 Lumen data projector with self-standing rear or forward projection surface for connection to your own media player or computer
• Sound Engineer
• Playback of background music during intervals
• Limited Cuing of sound clips / tracks at intro and key points if required.

The Silver Kit gives you a professional Sound Engineer with sound desk and playback console, along with a twin redundant wired lectern microphone, two wireless microphones (either Hand-Held or tie-clip) and you can plug in your own laptop, DVD player or media player into the sound system for high-quality audio.  The Sound engineer will be happy to cue up a limited number of tracks for playback from your cues during the presentation.  If required, the Sound engineer will also play background music while you welcome your guests and during interval periods.  This kit also includes a video/data projector for connection to your own media player or computer. This kit does not include a lectern or any staging.  You will be responsible for playing and cuing media from the computer or player, and if you are using PowerPoint then you will be able to advance slides yourself by using your own computer keyboard or mouse.

Gold Conference Package from £650 per day

• Full coordination of media and sound services with limited rehearsal time

The Gold Kit gives you a professional Sound Engineer with sound desk and playback console, along with a twin redundant wired lectern microphone, four wireless microphones (either Hand-Held or tie-clip) and you can plug in your own laptop, DVD player or media player into the sound system for high-quality audio.  A dedicated Presentation Technician will operate the video console which can playback any files you supply for the presentation. The console is fully redundant with a second presentation machine running the same media incase of failure. The Presentation Technician will run from your cue lists to play video, audio clips, PowerPoint media, etc, at a given times and there will be some time allocated before your Conference to brieflyrehearsecertaincue points and sound check.  If required, the Sound engineer will also play background music while you welcome your guests and during interval periods.  This kit also includes a twin stacked video/data projector which is fully redundant, e.g. if one projector fails during the presentation then your audience will never know there was a problem. This kit does not include a lectern or any staging.  You will be responsible for producing all media and for providing cue lists for the Presentation Technician.

Platinum Conference Package from £1450 per day

• Twin Lectern Microphones
• Single Truss Lectern
• Four Wireless Handheld / tie-clip Microphone
• 4 x 3m stage blocks on 300mm or 600mm legs with Black stage skirt material and one set of stage steps
• 8m black stage backdrop, either plain black or with LED Starcloth curtain
• Four Profile Spot and Fresnel fixtures on stands to illuminate the lectern and stage area
• Moving head effect lighting with hazer, lighting console and professional lighting operator
• Twin PA system for 400 delegates with delay stacks if required
• Twin double-stacked 4000 Lumen data projectors with self-standing rear or forward projection surface
• Two repeater plasma screens to increase visibility to presentations if required
• Twin video playback console with Presentation Technician
• Sound Engineer with Sound Desk
• Playback of background music during intervals
• Full coordination of media and sound services with reasonable rehearsal time scheduled the previous day

The Platinum Kit is a full stage-set service with staging and backdrops to create a stage focal point and backstage area.  Effect lighting will create a real theater effect in your venue and will help to draw the attention of your audience.  Of course you get all the equipment included in the previous packages and a Truss lectern is also included at no extra charge.

One key difference with the Platinum package is that the Presentation Technician will be made available to you for a few hours on the day before your conference, so you will be able to rehearse the show and cue points of the show and take some of the pressure off from the Big Day.
